Hyderabad, Aug 24 (PTI) Unfazed by the controversy surrounding his nationality, world chess champion Viswanathan Anand looked cheerful as he arrived to a grand reception at the International Congress of Mathematicians here today.

Polgar: World chess champion Anand successfully defends his title
World chess champion Viswanathan Anand of India successfully defended his title against Veselin Topalov of Bulgaria. With the score tied at 5.5 after 11 games, Anand scored a clutch win in the final game with the black pieces to retain his title.
